When wrapping goes bad...
...however this appalling example of shoddy-beyond-belief workmanship I spotted at a supercar meet last Sunday, completely disabused me of the notion.
Leaving aside the dubious taste of choosing to wrap your supercar in "white carbon fibre effect" sticky backed plastic (after all, not everyone loves the particular shade of metallic purple now adorning my GT-R), there can be no excuse for the clumsy wedges of vinyl just shoved into areas where the wrap didn't follow corners properly as seen above.
Or the absolutely hilarious attempt to cover the headlamp washers as can be seen on the right. (Click to enlarge)
Best/worst of all though are the vomit-inducing slashes of original Rosso Corsa paintwork left poking out around the front air intakes like some drunken, elderly lady of the night's lipstick.
And yes, your eyes don't deceive you, this showcase of pre-kindergarten ineptidude was not inflicted on some sub-£500 chavvy rust bucket; it is on one of only 499 £200k+ Ferrari 16M Scuderia Spiders...
