Pistonheads Show 2010 sneak preview
Pistonheads Show 2010 sneak preview
I just braved the fresh snow to take Godzilla 2 up to be displayed on the Pistonheads Members' Cars stand at the Pistonheads/Autosport International show at Birmingham's NEC.
Those of you who read evo magazine or follow my posts on gtr.co.uk or NAGTROC.org will know that there is a major change in its looks. For the rest of you I won't spoil it here, but you can see it for yourself at the show!
There are also two of the most controversial Japanese sports cars of the moment, the £125,000 Nissan GT-R Spec V and the £340,000 Lexus LF-A.
I know the LF-A is a pre-production example, but I do hope they find a more elegant way of attaching the final versions' vestigial rear spoilers than with some B&Q self-tapping wood screws...
I noticed this Lambo Gallardo race car that not only sported the most ludicrously over-sized rear wing but also the same opinion-dividing centre exit exhaust design as my brother Edward's Cargraphic modified Gallardo sports.
Finally for this exlusive sneak preview of the show, I thought this stunning brace of Porsche Turbos were striking, particularly as they are worth so much more than their more modern counterparts.
Comments
arrive around 8.30pm last night so you wouldn't
have seen it.
Which one?
will have to look more closely on Sunday! The PH
members cars grouping is looking rather fine.

Sunday afternoon.
